Rachael joins as Vice President, where she specializes in advising and representing restaurant tenants throughout the Houston market and around Texas. She is responsible for site selection, market analysis, and strategic growth initiatives for several national and local restaurant users and retailers. A specialist in tenant representation, Rachael’s client portfolio includes Local Table, Smoothie King, L&L Hawaiian, Heartland Dental, and a variety of local restaurant groups. Prior to joining WSREA, Rachael was a member of the Tenant Representation team as Vice President at NewQuest Properties. Having served the industry in many capacities, Rachael has a unique understanding of not only the market but also the needs of her clients. In her first year as a broker at NewQuest, Rachael received the 2015 “Rookie of the Year” Award. Rachael earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She is also an active member and serves on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Committee, St. Edwards University Alumni Association, and is a licensed broker in the State of Texas.
