Mr. Brown joined Partners in 2019 and oversees the company’s real estate appraisal and advisory services, including appraisal review, property tax consulting, feasibility and market studies, due diligence, capital market research and analysis, and other valuation consulting services. He becomes the company’s first partner-level professional in its Valuation & Advisory Services business.
Mr. Brown’s significant appraisal assignments include Williams Tower, Wells Fargo Plaza, Galleria Towers, and Greenway Plaza office properties; Sonterra Blue, The Alexan and Olume multifamily properties’ The Coliseum, Avalon, and Hacienda Crossing retail properties; and Bridge Point North, Fairway North Logistics Park, and Amazon industrial properties.
