Nisha Jain brings over 12 years of legal experience to the leasing and development team here at Wilson Cribbs + Goren. Her practice is mainly focused on office and retail leasing including amendments, subleases, extensions and renewals, termination agreements, property management issues, operating agreements, and corporate resolutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Nisha managed her own commercial real estate practice for 5+ years. Interestingly, she spent part of her career in the fashion industry working as an Operations Manager for a contemporary fashion brand in New York and then went on to start her own retail company. Through this unique experience, she fine-tuned her skills in management, negotiation, quality control, and timeliness of deliverables. All of which benefit her practice in real estate leasing.

Although Nisha spent most of her career outside the state of Texas, she now resides back in her hometown of Houston with her husband and young son. Nisha earned her B.A. at the University of Texas at Austin. She furthered her education at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and Georgetown University Law Center where she received her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation, respectively. Nisha is admitted to practice in Texas and New York.
