Nebrat Named City Partner for Weitzman Austin

AUSTIN— Jeff Nebrat, a key executive for Weitzman since 2002, has been named Executive Vice President I City Partner for the Austin operations of the statewide commercial real estate company.

In this new role, Nebrat is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Austin office, including overseeing its development, acquisitions, asset management and property management services. Weitzman is responsible for a managed portfolio of approximately 3.6 million square feet and a leasing portfolio of approximately 10.1 million square feet in Central Texas. Nebrat previously worked as Director of Asset and Property Management for the Austin office, where he directed the asset management of a portfolio of approximately 2.4 million square feet of retail and commercial real estate projects and oversaw the property management and construction services for the office.

Since joining Weitzman, Nebrat has been involved in the development, re-development and acquisition of approximately 1.1 million square feet of commercial properties.

Nebrat is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council of Austin.

Nebrat received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
