Seasoned property manager brings experience overseeing commercial assets of all classes and sizes; joins company from CBRE

Houston, TX, February 2, 2022 – NAI Partners—the commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company—today announced that it has hired veteran property management leader Cliff Parker as Senior Vice President of Operations for its Property Services Division.

Mr. Parker will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the entirety of NAI Partners’ property management portfolio across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. He will report directly to Branon Pesnell, who the company handpicked in November to lead its Property Services Division.

Mr. Parker has a wealth of experience managing commercial properties of all sizes and classes, and was most recently with CBRE, where he oversaw the management of 310,000-sq.-ft. 3009 Post Oak Boulevard.

“Cliff employs exemplary skills in adding value to his clients’ properties through collaboration with the property teams to establish rental rate parameters, execute marketing and tenant retention plans, control operating expenses, manage leasing and marketing programs, and implement value-add capital programs,” said Mr. Pesnell.

He has also worked for some of the biggest names in the commercial real estate business business, including Stream, where he oversaw a portfolio totaling 3.1 million sq. ft.; Hines, where he served as Senior Property Manager for 1.2 million-sq.-ft. 140 Broadway in New York City; and Tishman Speyer, where he property managed the iconic MetLife Building, comprised of 3.1 million sq. ft. of office and retail space in Midtown Manhattan.
