Miles Hoisington has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Brokerage from Associate at TRC. Miles works closely with our Topgolf account as a part of the Master Brokerage Team. TRC is proud of all the work and effort he’s shown in the five years he’s been at the company.

Miles Hoisington joined The Retail Connection in August of 2018 as an Analyst in Brokerage and has since become an Assistant Vice President in Brokerage focusing on tenant and landlord representation. During his time at The Retail Connection, Hoisington has worked closely on the Topgolf account as a part of the Master Brokerage team providing deal tracking, assisting in negotiations, and refining the national strategy for all Topgolf concepts. Since joining the account, Topgolf has opened more than 15 new locations across the country and has eclipsed 50 locations in the domestic U.S. Prior to The Retail Connection, Hoisington was an intern for Hoisington Investment Management Company in Austin, TX which currently has $4 billion dollars under management. During his time there Hoisington was responsible for reconciling client accounts, market research, and observing daily trading transactions. Hoisington graduated from SMU in 2018 where he earned a Bachelor’s in Economics with a concentration in Financial Applications and a minor in Psychology. Outside the office, Hoisington enjoys keeping track of the Dallas Cowboys and is an avid golf player.
