DALLAS— Karen Mitchell, a retail brokerage professional with extensive experience, has joined Weitzman as a vice president. In this position, Mitchell handles retail project leasing, as well as general brokerage. Prior to joining Weitzman, Mitchell served as executive vice president of brokerage and asset management for The Woodmont Company, where she handled retail project leasing, tenant representation, big-box disposition, and asset management.
