Jackson Hobbs joins The Retail Connection as our new Analyst for our Brokerage department. He will work closely with the Topgolf team and focus his time on landlord and tenant representation. Before joining the TRC team, Jackson shadowed an Office Leasing Principal at Transwestern. He observed her daily operations, space planning meetings with various clients, and helped organize the property data books, floor plans, stacking plans, and rent rolls.

Jackson graduated in May of 2022 and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University [SMU]. Outside the office, he enjoys keeping up with Dallas sports and is a master griller specializing in cheeseburgers. And a fun little fact about Jackson, he once caught a 60 lb. fish using a children’s fishing rod.
