Hartman Income REIT Appoints Keith Roddy as President of Capital Markets Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc. (Hartman), a Texas-based commercial real estate investment trust with more than $815 million in assets under management, announces the appointment of Keith Roddy as President of Capital Markets. Mr. Roddy will lead the Company’s Broker/Dealer, RIA, Family Office, Institutional, and Internal Sales teams. He will also provide direction to the Company on REIT sales growth and investment operations.

Roddy brings over 20 years of financial services and executive sales and marketing experience to the position. Before joining Hartman, Mr. Roddy served as the Director for National Accounts at Security Benefit where he was responsible for business development and account management for the IBD & RIA channels as well as executed selling agreements. During his tenure, he raised over $3 billion for new product offerings.

Earlier in his career at Security Benefit, Mr. Roddy served as an IMO & IBD channel National Sales Manager where he developed sales training programs and processes, directed sales activities for 60 team members, and coordinated the creation of the Financial Institution Division, which raised over $2 billion in 18 months.

Mr. Roddy shared, “Having met Al Hartman in the 1980s when he was starting his company, I have witnessed the tremendous growth and success Hartman REIT has achieved in the many years that have followed.
