Ron Spencer, Executive Vice President – Supply Chain Solutions
In today’s environment, industrial space for e-commerce, fulfillment, distribution centers, and warehousing is expanding like never before. Ron Spencer, Executive Vice President, brings more than 35 years of experience to esrp. Previously, Spencer served as Chief Operating Officer with Victrola, Vector Smart Watch, and Bulova, and prior to that, worked in Global Operations for Fossil Group. Spencer will be an integral part of esrp’s robust e-Commerce and Supply Chain team, directly engaging powerful operations, supply chain, network, labor, freight, and real-estate solutions.
Natalie Snyder Bode, CCIM, Vice President – Tenant Advisory Services
As Vice President – Tenant Advisory Services, Natalie Bode will help continue growth within the office and industrial tenant representation teams. Bode has an impressive career, completing over 230 transactions equating to more than $255 M in value. Prior to joining esrp, Bode worked at Cushman & Wakefield and formerly, Transwestern.
Marin Kolb, RID joins the esrp Project and Development Services team from Jones Commercial Interiors. With 20 years of experience in architecture and design and 10 years in overseeing interior projects, Kolb will work closely with esrp’s brokerage team and clients to manage project schedules, minimize construction costs and risks, and deliver creative real estate solutions.
