HOUSTON—Elle Grant has joined the Houston office of Weitzman as an associate. In this role, she handles retail project leasing, retail tenant representation and general brokerage. Prior to joining Weitzman, Grant worked as an advisor in retail, office and industrial at TenantBase, Inc., and in operations and marketing with commercial real estate firm Dallas-Fort Worth-based KOA Partners LLC.

Grant is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also studied business at the University of Houston.
