TradeLane Properties announced their expansion into the Dallas-Fort Worth market with the opening of a new office in Richardson, Texas. David Castro has joined TradeLane Properties as senior vice president, market leader to lead the company’s capital deployment and portfolio operations in DFW. Castro has acquired, developed, leased and managed industrial real estate facilities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market for over 20 years. Most recently employed as executive vice president at ESRP focusing on tenant representation, Castro has previously served as vice president, market representative at DCT Industrial as well as a leasing broker at Cushman and Wakefield. Castro will play an integral role in executing the TradeLane Properties business plan for the Central U.S. and his hiring coincides with the launch of the company’s second investment fund, TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund II.
