Pritcher and Beare will focus on marketing and leasing office properties throughout the Dallas market and helping to grow the existing portfolio alongside Sara Terry, Executive Vice President, and Reegan Busby, Associate Vice President.

Pritcher and Beare join Colliers from Holt Lunsford Commercial, where they leased a diverse portfolio of office product throughout the Dallas metroplex.
