Houston – October 3, 2022 – CBRE has announced that three professionals in its Houston office have achieved honorary title promotions.

Dennis Drake has been promoted to Senior Vice President and is with CBRE Hotels. Mr. Drake is an expert in all aspects of the hotel market, which enables him to conduct a seamless negotiation process for his wide array of clients. Since joining CBRE in 2016, he has helped the company become a market leader in the hotels sector in Texas and surrounding states.

Brian Ashby has achieved the title of First Vice President with CBRE Retail Advisory & Transaction Services. Since joining the company in 2012, Mr. Ashby has specialized in representing both local and national retail brands while using CBRE’s platform to fuel their multi-market expansion. This promotion is a testament to Brian’s commitment to client service, utilizing CBRE’s technologies and resources to ensure superior outcomes for his clients.

Finally, Sydney Dixon has been promoted to Vice President and is also with CBRE Retail Advisory & Transaction Services in Houston. Ms. Dixon joined the firm in 2017 and has since been a strategic advisor and brand ambassador for her clients. She also focuses on providing multi-market retail solutions to national retail tenants and investors. With nearly 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Dixon has a deep knowledge and understanding of the business and her client’s needs.
