CBRE announced that James Stein has joined CBRE’s Advisory and Transaction Services | Occupier as Senior Vice President. Stein will be based in CBRE’s Fort Worth office and will focus on representing tenants with their real estate needs across North America, including leasing, acquisitions & dispositions and consulting services to occupiers of office properties.

A 14-year commercial real estate veteran, Stein has represented a number of prominent real estate users, including Dyson, Coca-Cola, Mastercard, Hanover Insurance Workday, and American Greetings.

Stein began his career as a commercial real estate attorney at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, before moving into brokerage. He joins CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield.

A native of Fort Worth, James graduated from Fort Worth Country Day before receiving a Bachelor degree in history and communications and a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University.
