Brian Wilson is the Managing Director for Whitebox’s Dallas office division. In this role, Brian is responsible for the development and strategic direction of the office Tenant Representation team.

Brian specializes in representing tenants with their corporate real estate transactions, including lease renewals, expansions, relocations, dispositions and building acquisitions. Brian’s innovative approach utilizes his strong financial background paired with broad market knowledge to provide bottom-line results for his clients.

Mr. Wilson began his commercial real estate career in 2012 as a Senior Associate within the Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). Following his tenure with C&W, Brian was a Producer with Lockton Companies where he remained until joining the Whitebox team in 2021.
