Houston, TX – Rand Stephens, Principal and Managing Director, today announced the strategic hiring of commercial real estate professional, Dawson Smith.
Effective immediately, Smith becomes a Financial Analyst in the firm’s Houston office, focusing on tenant representation and working closely with Principal, Anthony Squillante. “It’s exciting to have Dawson join our team as the firm continues to aggressively expand our office in Houston,” said Stephens. “Dawson is an excellent fit for our growing tenant rep team and his talents and skillset will enable him to quickly jump in and assist customers with project-related priorities and objectives, adds Squillante.”
Dawson is a Texas A&M graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution, with a minor in business.
