Attorney Lindsey Yasso Joins Wilson Cribbs + Goren PC

Lindsey began her law career at a large international law firm branched in Houston, Texas. Her practice was primarily focused on corporate finance including representation for both lenders and borrowers, which has transferred nicely over to the commercial real estate world.

To her, every deal is the most important no matter how many she is working on at one time. She knows it’s the most important to her clients, so aligning with their mindset helps move the project along with valued trust and collaboration.

Lindsey earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law, manga cum laude, in 2015. While in law school, Lindsey served as a Director for the Board of Advocates, received the CALI Award for Civil Procedure, Contracts I, Contracts II, and Torts I, and was on the Dean’s Honor List throughout her academic achievements.

She received her bachelor’s degree in History at Elon University in 2012 where she graduated cum laude, as well as completing three other minors in African American Studies, Human Service Studies, and Psychology. Her most rewarding experience was the opportunity to study abroad in South Africa where she studied post-apartheid culture and assisted a local organization in securing micro-finance grants for remote villages.

Outside of the office, Lindsey enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and hiking with her dog.
