Armand Kostanian has joined the Houston studio of Perkins&Will as Associate Principal in the Healthcare practice. He brings extensive expertise in conceptual design, design development and project management. His portfolio includes projects across the Middle East, U.S. and involvement in international design competitions. Kostanian is a licensed architect and interior designer in Texas, credentialed with NCARB and AIA.
