As a Senior Associate, Ms. Ky is bringing her multi-family investment experience and expansive relationships to Sidecar CRE clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. A core part of Sidecar CRE’s strategy is to align their clients’ real estate portfolios with their long-term company goals by connecting them with dedicated and ongoing Advisors. One of the ways they accomplish this is through hiring Advisors who not only live in the areas they serve but have personal connections with those communities.

Eleanora’s unique skill set, combined with her passion for real estate investing, has made her a valuable asset to her clients and partners. Since 2016, she has been investing in multi-family and commercial real estate as a Joint Venture Partner, General Partner, and Key Principal through Sunberry Capital LLC. Her commitment to delivering outstanding service to her clients, meticulous attention to detail, and strong work ethic have earned her a reputation as a respected professional in the industry.

Her services include investor-representation for all commercial property types and tenant- and buyer representation for the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial real estate, along with market research, space need-, location- and financial analysis, site selection, and transaction- and portfolio management.
