The tenant, ARC Franchise Holdings DFW, was represented by Tommy Secules of Rubicon Representation. James Ewing of Colliers in Dallas and Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers in Houston/The Woodlands represented the landlord, GDT Interests, in the transaction.

The property is located in Dallas/Fort Worth’s Lewisville industrial submarket. The submarket contains 31.6 million square feet of industrial space, which is currently 97.3 percent occupied. There is 3.4 million square feet of industrial space currently under construction in the submarket.
