Powell Relocation Group has engaged Adkisson Development, a Houston-based commercial real estate development company, to construct Powell’s new Houston headquarters on the west side of Houston, in Katy, Tx. Andrew Sowell, SIOR and Wes Williams of Boyd Commercial, LLC are representing Powell in this transaction. Adkisson broke ground on the project in March 2021. Occupancy is scheduled for the 4th Quarter of 2021. The 25,000 square foot tilt-wall storage and distribution facility will be located at 626 Commerce Parkway, in Katy, TX. The building will feature 32’ clear height, ESFR sprinkler system, extra trailer parking, and is situated on 4.5 acres.
