MONTGOMERY – SVN | RIVERSTONE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE has negotiated the sale of 32926 Tamina, a 6,000 sf office and warehouse space near The Woodlands, Texas. The two-story building will act as a new hub for the Dailey Company, which provides electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and indoor air quality for Montgomery and Greater Harris Counties. The building consists of 4,000 sf of office space and 2,000 sf of warehouse sitting on a .83-acre lot. SVN | Riverstone Commercial Real Estate represented the buyers, Chris and Margo Dailey, during the sale. The Dailey Company expects to be moved into their new facility by March 1st, 2020.
