The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by The Sulo Group of Marcus & Millichap. Tim Speck assisted in closing this transaction as the broker of record in Texas. The Peanut Gallery is located at 3902 Underwood Road in La Porte and is now a member of the Cadence Education family of schools, a leading national childcare operator.
