(HOUSTON) – Poynter Commercial Properties Corp., the exclusive leasing agent for the Energy Tower building in Houston, and ATLAS ENERGY TOWER LLC, an affiliate of ATCAP PARTNERS announced today that 26,898 square feet of office space has been leased at the 14-story, 325,000-square-foot office tower located at 11700 Katy Freeway. Robert Half International, expanded its presence in the Energy Tower by inking a long-term transaction for 20,270 square feet. Kevin Poynter and Peyton Poynter, of Poynter Commercial Properties Corp, represented the Landlord while David Bale and Don Foster, of JLL, represented the Tenant. Insperity Support Services, L.P. extended its 4,607 NRSF Lease in Energy Tower.
