Previously, Mr. Layne served as President of the Central Region, responsible for the master planned communities of The Woodlands and Bridgeland in Houston, TX and provided strategic oversight for Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV and Columbia, MD along with other assets within the HHC portfolio.
