Real estate development firm KDC launches fifth Richardson data center in Telecom Corridor

Plans for a 130,000-square-foot data center just south of Richardson’s CityLine development were confirmed Nov. 26 by real estate development and investment firm KDC, according to a press release. Data centers—or buildings used to house large-scale computer systems—are well within the wheelhouse of KDC, which has built 15 data center developments for wholesale and enterprise customers across Texas, Virginia and Kansas since 2007.
