Three months after Hurricane Harvey hit Houston, Lowe’s has inked a lease for the industrial space it’ll occupy through a third-party logistics provider to address demand for construction supplies following Hurricane Harvey.
Lowe’s signed a contract with New Jersey-based NFI, a supply chain provider that works with Fortune 500 companies. NFI will occupy all of a 244,550-square-foot building in North Houston Logistics Center at 121 Esplanade Blvd., Cushman and Wakefield’s Beau Kaleel told the Houston Business Journal.
