Baker Engineering signed a three-year lease with building owner Dornin Investment Group for 19,348 square feet in the Columbia Centre office building at 11011 Richmond Ave. in Houston, TX.

The nine-story building totals 166,720 square feet. It was built in 1983 and went through some common area renovations in 2002. The building was sold to Dornin Investment Group in September 2014, according to CoStar information.

Baker Engineering’s lease includes space on the seventh floor. Other tenants in the building include PNC Bank, BHP Engineering & Co, and Priority Home Mortgage.

Derek Beck of The Beck Group represented Dornin Investment Group in negotiations.
