Addison Gragson has been promoted to assistant vice president with the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, a retail-focused commercial real estate services firm based in Texas.

Gragson handles retail project representation and retail tenant representation in the D-FW area. 

Gragson is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Gragson received a Master of Science degree in Management from the Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Dedman College of Humanities & Science at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Ted Rohan has been named principal of Avison Young. He is based in the firm’s Austin, Texas, office. 

Rohan joins the more than 30 Principals honored as part of the Avison Young 2024 Principal Class. Avison Young is a Principal-led, people-first, private firm with more than 700 Principals across the globe. These Principals are industry leaders who embody the Avison Young collaborative culture, partnership ethos, and client-first mentality. 

Rohan has been with the firm for eight years and specializes in tenant representation.

Rohan takes a comprehensive approach while advising clients on their real estate strategies to provide cost-saving and innovative solutions. With nearly a decade of experience, he has a proven track record of navigating complex negotiations in excess of $200 million in transaction value.

DALLAS, Texas – Citadel Partners leadership recently hired commercial real estate pro Lindsay Brunkenhoefer to its newly created Chief Strategy Officer position at the corporate real estate advisory firm.  

In this new role, Brunkenhoefer will use her extensive experience to streamline top-level processes and lead the firm’s recruiting and training efforts while striving to increase Citadel Partners’ market presence with new business opportunities.

Brunkenhoefer brings years of both advisory and operations experience to her new role. She has more than six years of experience working her way up from associate to vice president with a specialty focus on office leasing.

Among her career highlights include a three-floor, 83k SF landlord rep lease for Piedmont Office Realty Trust at Las Colinas Corporate Center (LCCC). Javelin Energy Partners relocated to LCCC, making the newly leased space its corporate headquarters. The transaction was one of the largest Las Colinas office lease deals in 2023.

She also represented Hines, Westdale and Ivanhoe Cambridge in the full lease-up of their 211k SF The Stack Deep Ellum office building. The building was fully leased within 11 months of delivery with significant leases including 102k SF to TRG; 46k SF to Worldwide Express, and 42k SF to Bestow.

Since joining SRS, Landry has led the Industrial team to achieve exceptional results, completing $1.2 billion in transaction value and over 10 million square feet of industrial properties leased or sold.
